I have always been super nice to people and 75% of the time they return very angry responses. People these days simply do not care. Not all but a good percentage. If a family came from a horrible area and was looking to better themselves, you should want to help. Pushing them away is no better than someone being rude to you simply because you smiled and said "hi". I disagree with this article.
