Any thoughts or words that begin with the above statements are self-limiting beliefs.  They are formed when we continually repeat the thought over and over in our minds

Some examples:

  • I am not as smart as other people
  • I am not pretty
  • I’m no good at taking tests
  • I’m too slow
  • I’m not worthy
  • I’m not able to earn more money
  • Life just happens and there’s nothing I can do about it
  • If I did this or that so & so wouldn’t like me
  • No one in my family has ever succeeded so I can’t either
