I also agree with Laura that the hunger pangs actually do dissipate once you are into the practice.
And I love your suggestion to enjoy the moments of meditation that your practice allows you...many forget that the purpose of yoga is to prepare the body for hours of meditation, and concentrate only on the fitness aspects of yoga.
For me the at home DVD option is by far the best; so much cheaper, more convenient, and in the comfort of home :)</description>

Digesting anything more I believe will interfere with doing your poses effectively.  Also, hunger pangs can often dissipate as you do your yoga regime allowing you to wait to eat afterwards.

Home practice is where it&#039;s at in my humble view!
