		<description>Good suggestions!  I agree.  I would only disagree that before yoga practice one should not eat more than a small piece of fruit maximum.  Digesting anything more I believe will interfere with doing your poses effectively.  Also, hunger pangs can often dissipate as you do your yoga regime allowing you to wait to eat afterwards.

Home practice is where it&#039;s at in my humble view!
