I'm not working now and I have a good relationship with my husband. my childhood was tough as my parents were harsh and cruel towards me and my siblings . i'm trying to be a better mom for my kids but the problem is that i am very nervous in dealing with them. I lose my temper very often and my nervousness doesn't calm except after I swear and utter very bad words! I need u to help me relax because I'm done with medications! i’m married since 8 years and I have 2 kids.
